Ana Gonzales bio

Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson grew up in Mexico with a family that was devoted to music. As a child, she was exposed to a lot of classical music and older Boleros. She also listened to traditional romantic ballads and ranchero. Ana is a lover of tangos and opera, as well as any dramatic performance. When she was 16 years old, she began to sing and study music with her mum. Flavio, a Mexican famous tenor, started to provide her with more intense singing instruction. The training in music continued at the School of Music of Guadalajara University. Later, she attended the School of Sacred Music of Toluca. The beginning of her professional career included performances with a variety of opera choruses, chamber groups in Guadalajara. When she moved from Mexico to the United States around 2000, she performed in the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus. She has performed solo Latin American music for private functions and as a member Ensemble XXI in Redlands. As a teacher and musician Ana is a dedicated participant in numerous community projects because of her passion and passion for music. Ana has also been an active member of the Community Chorus of Redlands as in addition to The Inland Master Chorale and Performance Loft. Ana enjoys singing traditional Latin American songs and hopes to inspire other people to follow in her footsteps.
